WEBSITE PACKAGES

Website development for small businesses and organisations

Your website, built and launched properly. And the superpowers to run it yourself, included.

You need a website that makes your business look credible, works on every phone, and can be found. You need it soon. And you do not need a dependency: six months from now, changing a price or adding a service should not require a support ticket and an invoice.

That is what we build: a finished, properly engineered website, plus the tools and training to run it yourself. Fixed scope, fixed price, quoted without a call. First draft in 5 working days, deposit refundable if the draft does not fit the agreed brief.

  • No calls — A human replies within one business hour.
  • 5 working days — Your first working draft, ready to review.
  • You own it — The code, repository and delivery pipeline.
  • Never alone. Hand work back to us anytime, in credits.
CHAPTER 01 - THE SHAPE

Fixed packages, clean code, and no developer retainer

This service covers the three site shapes most small organisations need: a landing page, a business site, and an event or association site with signups. Each package has a fixed scope and a fixed price, quoted without a call. CMS-backed sites with multiple editors and simple online shops are packages of their own.

There is no developer retainer. After launch, content changes and ordinary code changes are yours to make, free, through your configured AI agent and the automated pipeline. You pay again only when you choose larger work, bought as change credits or quoted as a project. No proprietary platform, no DevPowers licence fee, no lock-in.

Solo professionals — Trainers, therapists, doctors, cosmetologists, architects, coaches, consultants: going independent or levelling up. You need a credible presence fast, with no ongoing developer cost. There is a dedicated track for you: the solo professional packages.
Small organisations — Companies, clinics, practices, agencies, associations. Your current site is embarrassing, you rebranded, or the grant came through. You want fixed scope and low risk, and someone on your team needs to be able to run the site afterwards.
Event organisers and associations — A fixed date or time-limited funding, decisions that go through a board, and no recurring maintenance budget. You need signups, an agenda a volunteer can update, and a written scope your board can approve.

Not sure which fits? Write to us. We acknowledge your email instantly, a human replies within one business hour, and the fixed quote follows as soon as discovery is complete.

CHAPTER 02 - THE MISSIONS

Package breakdown: Landing page, Business site, Event portal

Each package below is a starting shape, not a menu price: the fixed quote is written for your scope after discovery. Every package includes everything listed in "What is included and what is explicitly excluded", plus the full handover described in "What lands in your hands at launch".

PACKAGE 1

Landing page

One focused page for an offer, a launch or a campaign. A solo professional or one-person business that needs one credible page, fast: the offer, the proof, the contact path, nothing wasted.

What is included

  • A one-page website designed and built for you: what you do, for whom, why you, how to reach you.
  • Mobile-first, accessible design that looks right on every phone.
  • Technical SEO, structured data, analytics and a working contact path: email, LinkedIn or an embedded booking link.
  • A section for your services, credentials or portfolio pieces.
  • Hosting on our standard infrastructure, and your domain connected.
  • Everything from the every-build list, including your configured AI agent and the training session.

What is explicitly excluded

  • Writing your texts, photography, logo and brand design. You bring yours; our agents help shape what you have.
  • Editor screens. This package is static: content changes go through your AI agent, free and unlimited.
  • Extra pages beyond the agreed scope. Buy them later as change credits or a quoted project.
  • An online shop, and a CMS with multiple editors and a blog. Both are packages of their own.
  • AI subscriptions, and hosting after month 12 (terms are renegotiated).
PACKAGE 2

Business site

A clear multi-page home for your services, story and contact path. For a small organisation that needs the pages a serious business is expected to have, with a fixed scope the decision-maker can approve and a maintainer — an office manager, a marketing assistant — can actually run.

What is included

  • A multi-page website: home, services, about, contact, and whatever your organisation actually needs, agreed in the scope.
  • Mobile-first, accessible design across all pages.
  • Technical SEO, structured data, analytics and a working lead path.
  • An editable section where you need one — news, job ads, FAQ — so the parts that change can change easily.
  • Hosting on our standard infrastructure, and your domain connected.
  • Everything from the every-build list, including your configured AI agent and the training session.

What is explicitly excluded

  • Writing your texts, photography, logo and brand design. You supply content or we agree a written content plan; our agents help shape what you have.
  • An online shop, and a full CMS with multiple editors and a blog — the multi-editor CMS websites package. Both are packages of their own.
  • Complex custom functionality beyond the agreed scope. It can be bought later as change credits or a quoted project.
  • AI subscriptions, and hosting after month 12 (terms are renegotiated).
PACKAGE 3

Event or association site with signups

An event with a fixed date, or an association with time-limited funding and no recurring maintenance budget. Decisions may go through a board, so everything arrives in writing. Afterwards, a volunteer or part-time employee keeps the site alive.

What is included

  • Public pages for your event or organisation: programme or agenda, speakers or organisers, news, practical information, contact.
  • Signup or registration: participants sign up on your site, and the collected responses are delivered to you.
  • An easily updated agenda and news section: your volunteer changes it by asking the AI agent in plain language, and publishes safely.
  • Hosting on our standard infrastructure, and your domain connected.
  • Everything from the every-build list, including your configured AI agent and the training session.
  • A written scope formatted so a board or committee can approve it and grant money can be spent defensibly.

What is explicitly excluded

  • Paid ticketing and complex attendee management. If you need them, say so in your brief: we will quote them into the scope or tell you plainly they are outside what we build.
  • Member portals, logins and password-protected areas.
  • Writing your texts, photography, logo and brand design.
  • A post-event or ongoing maintenance retainer. You run the site yourself after training; larger work is change credits or a quoted project.
  • AI subscriptions, and hosting after month 12 (terms are renegotiated).
CHAPTER 03 - THE HANDOVER

What lands in your hands at launch

A DevPowers build does not end with a website you cannot touch. At handover you receive:

  • Code and repository. The source code is yours, with access to the repository it lives in. You are not renting your own website.
  • A protected delivery pipeline. Every change — including yours — must pass automated end-to-end tests, quality and accessibility checks, and an AI review before it can reach your visitors.
  • Project-specific agent skills. Your AI agent is configured with your project's rules, skills and MCP connectors, so you can ask for changes in plain language and publish safely yourself.
  • The playbook and one live training session, for you and whoever will run the site.

No proprietary platform. No DevPowers licence fee. No lock-in.

Your own AI subscription is not included. You use whatever AI tool you prefer — ChatGPT with Codex, Claude, Copilot, Antigravity or another — and pay that provider directly. We configure whichever you choose.

CHAPTER 04 - THE FINE PRINT, IN DAYLIGHT

What is included and what is explicitly excluded

Whatever package you choose, the following is included. This is the part of the offer other suppliers leave out.

Included in every build

  • Pages designed and built, mobile-first and accessible.
  • Technical SEO and structured data, so search engines and AI assistants can read your site correctly.
  • Cookieless analytics and a working lead path: you will see where enquiries come from.
  • Deployment on our standard infrastructure, with DNS managed by DevPowers and your domain connected. Simple low-traffic sites include hosting for the first 12 months; terms are renegotiated after 12 months.
  • The full handover: code, repository, pipeline, agent skills, playbook and training.

Explicitly excluded from every package

  • Writing your texts from scratch, photography, logo and brand identity design. You provide text, images and assets, or we agree a written content plan; our agents help shape and tighten what you bring.
  • Complex application logic. Platforms, marketplaces and startup SaaS are outside our scope, and we will say so rather than quote them.
  • Ongoing marketing management. Ads, SEO campaigns and content marketing are not part of any package. We do not promise rankings, traffic, conversions or revenue.
  • AI subscriptions. You choose your tool and pay that provider directly.
THE LONG GAME

Flying solo does not mean flying alone.

You can do it yourself - or hand it to us. Both stay open, permanently.

When a change is bigger than a prompt, or the hour is better spent on your own work, hand it to us by email or chat, the same way you reached us during the build. The work is bought as change credits: you receive an estimate in credits before anything starts, and you accept or decline it. Failures caused by DevPowers are repaired free of charge and consume no credits.

Every change is estimated in credits, and you accept or decline the estimate before work starts. Credit pack prices are being set with the first clients and published once they are measured, not guessed.

CHAPTER 05 - THE TIMELINE

The 5-day draft and staged payment process

Four steps. Everything important stays in writing.

  1. 1

You write. Answer one structured set of questions in a single sitting: goals, audience, pages, the content you already have, integrations, signups, deadline and budget range. We acknowledge your email instantly and a human replies within one business hour.

  2. 2

Scope and pay. You receive a fixed scope, a fixed price and a way to pay attached to the same message, as soon as discovery is complete. The scope states the deliverables, the explicit exclusions, the revision rounds, the timeline and the payment stages. Work starts after the deposit and your content or written content plan arrive.

  3. 3

Review the draft. Your first working draft is on a preview URL within 5 working days. Your project starts the way this site was built: one brief, several AI agents working in parallel, several complete drafts to compare before we build the winner. You review, and we refine through the revision rounds stated in your scope.

  4. 4

Take control. We launch — production deployment, DNS, analytics, technical SEO and structured data verified. Then the handover: repository, pipeline, playbook, your configured agent, and one live training session.

Payment has three stages: deposit before work, payment on first-draft acceptance, and final payment on handover.

The full 5-day draft and deposit terms — the safety model, the stop-and-warn rules and the boundaries — are on the how we work page.

CHAPTER 06 - USEFUL ANSWERS

Website FAQ: Drafts, content, hosting, and WordPress

What if I do not like the first draft?

If the first draft does not fit the agreed brief, the deposit is refunded in full and the engagement ends. This applies only to the first draft and is our only guarantee. The judgement is made against the agreed brief, and the condition is written into the agreement. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, conversions or revenue.

Who writes the text and takes the photos?

You do. Your texts, images and brand assets, or an agreed written content plan, are the start condition for delivery. Our AI agents help shape and tighten what you bring. Writing your content from scratch and photography are not included.

How fast is it really?

The first draft is delivered within 5 working days. The clock starts when we have received your deposit and either your content or a written content plan. No other turnaround time is guaranteed.

Can you rebuild our existing, outdated website?

Yes. We take your existing content, rebuild the site on clean, modern code, and launch it with the code owned by you. What we do not do is take over the maintenance of an old, messy codebase hosted elsewhere. If your current site is the problem, the honest answer is usually a clean rebuild, and that is what we will quote.

Can I add a booking or lead capture form?

Yes. A contact or signup form with clean handling, and an embedded booking link such as Cal.com or Calendly, are standard parts of a scope, and the collected responses are delivered to you. Webhook integrations into your email or CRM are quoted into the scope: say what you need in your brief and it will be in the quote.

Will my site work on phones?

Yes. Every build is mobile-first and passes automated accessibility checks in the pipeline. We do not sell formal accessibility compliance audits; if you need a compliance statement, that requires a separate audit.

Do you use WordPress?

We do not start from a product; we start from how you will use the site. If your content rarely changes, a static or hybrid site is faster, cheaper to host and safer. If several people publish regularly, a CMS is the right tool — those are the multi-editor CMS websites, a package of their own. The choice is made with you during discovery and written into the scope. Whatever we choose, you own the code: no licence fees, no proprietary platform.

Can I move the site to another provider later?

Yes. You own the source code and can take it elsewhere at any time: no proprietary platform, no licence fee. Your domain registration always stays yours.

Do I need to buy an AI subscription?

AI subscriptions are not included. You choose your tool — ChatGPT with Codex, Claude, Copilot, Antigravity or another — and pay that provider directly. We configure whichever you choose, and it works on your project from day one.

What can I change myself after launch?

Content changes: you, unlimited, free. Ordinary code and layout changes: you, via your AI agent and the automated pipeline, free. Larger work: change credits or a quoted project. Failures caused by DevPowers: repaired free of charge. The full boundary is on the how we work page.

What does hosting cost after the first year?

Simple low-traffic sites include hosting for the first 12 months; terms are renegotiated after 12 months. CMS or shop projects carry a small monthly fee stated in the scope. You will always know the number before you commit.

Can we start with a landing page and grow later?

Yes. Larger changes are bought as change credits or quoted as a project, and CMS or shop builds are packages of their own. Nothing about the landing page blocks the upgrade.

Am I left without help after handover?

No. Doing it yourself is the default after handover - it is not a duty. Any change you would rather not make yourself, from a small edit to a new feature, you can hand to DevPowers by email or chat: the option stays open, it is simply not the default. The work is bought as change credits, and you receive an estimate in credits before any work starts; you accept or decline it. Failures caused by DevPowers are repaired free of charge and consume no credits.

What is a change credit?

A change credit is a unit of paid work you buy in advance and spend whenever DevPowers does work on your site. You buy a credit pack; packs cost less as a short subscription than bought one-off. Each change consumes credits by its complexity, not by the time it takes. Credits carry an expiry date and unused credits expire after two months. Credits cover new work and repairs of damage you caused yourself. Failures caused by DevPowers are repaired free of charge and consume no credits. Credit pack prices are being set with the first clients and published once they are measured.

What if I break the site myself?

A change that fails the automated gates cannot reach your live site, and rollback to the previous deployment is always available - most accidents stop before they happen. If you override a stop-and-warn and the site is damaged, DevPowers repairs it and the repair is paid in credits: you receive an estimate first and accept or decline it. Failures caused by DevPowers are repaired free of charge and consume no credits.

What if I just want DevPowers to do it?

Then we do it. Doing it yourself is the default because it is cheaper and faster for you, not because we stop working with you at handover. Send the change by email or chat, you receive an estimate in credits, and you accept or decline before anything starts. Nothing about the handover closes that door.

Your move, hero.

Tell us what the site needs to do. We acknowledge your email instantly and answer within one business hour - no call, form or booking calendar.
