How my trainings work
Every course is personalized: I research the client's domain, tools and real problems first, then generate custom training materials adapted to their context — what participants remember is examples built on their own use cases. Two main tracks. Do you train remotely or on-site?
Mostly remotely — live, hands-on sessions that work great for distributed teams. On-site trainings are available in Poland, Portugal and other countries when needed, with an individual quote that covers transport and accommodation.
In which languages?
Polish and English — both for live trainings and course materials.
How are the trainings personalized?
Before each course I research your company's domain, tech stack and real problems, then prepare custom materials and examples built on your own use cases — not generic slides. Participants leave with workflows they can apply the next day, and I stay available for questions after the course.
How much does a training or consultation cost?
Every offer is quoted individually — it depends on the scope, group size, number of days, and remote vs on-site delivery. Write to me with a few words about your team and goals, and I'll come back with an offer.
Do you help after the training too?
Yes. Most clients continue with follow-up sessions, consulting on AI adoption, or guidance while implementing what they learned — from agentic coding workflows in development teams to Copilot 365 rollouts across the business.
